Shipping Policy

We take great care in shipping liver feeder insects to ensure they arrive fresh and healthy. Please review our shipping guidlines below:

Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

Order Deadline: Orders must be placed by 12 PM CST to be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next eligible shipping day.

Live Arrival Guarantee: We only offer a Live Arrival Guarantee on orders shipped via overnight shipping. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we cannot guarantee live arrival on shipments using other shipping methods.

Weather Considerations: Extreme temperatures may impact shipping. Please monitor your local weather and select overnight shipping for the best results.
