Shipping Policy

Phat Jack Farms ships only Monday through Wednesday. Our cut off time to ship that day is 12pm CST. Any orders placed after 12pm CST on Wednesday will not ship until the following Monday.

Live Guarantee Policy

Our live guarantee policy only applies to orders placed with an overnight shipping either UPS or USPS Express. We do not guarantee live arrival on UPS ground or Priority Mail.

If you had an issue with your shipment and you paid for overnight shipping please contact us as soon as you get your package. Email us a picture of the problem and let us know what happened.

Shipping in temperatures higher than 95'F puts a lot of risk on the insects. We definately recommend overnight or priority mail with a hold for pickup.

During the summer months of July and August and the winter months of December-February ALL shipments shipped via USPS will have a hold for pick up.
