Phat Jack Farms ships Monday through Wednesday. For same day shipping you must submit your order by noon (CST). Any orders placed after Wednesday noon (CST) will be held until the following Monday to ship out. As soon as your order gets shipped you will received an email with your confirmation number.
If you selected to pick up your order, please add a note with the time that you would like to pick up. We do not have a retail store so if you order please give us at least 2hrs before you would like to pick up. We will send you an email or we can text you to let you know when your order is ready.
Our goal is to deliver feeders to you alive and healthy. Sometimes this may means shifting shipping days due to the weather. However, we want to make sure that you are satisfied and will do our best to correct the issue, this could mean a credit on your account for future orders or a replacement in some cases. If temperatures reach over 90 degrees or are below 35 degrees we cannot extend our "live guarantee" offer. We do place ALL order on HOLD for pick up unless you specify not to do so. If your post office offers this service you will have to
pick up at the PO or at UPS. In case you have a DOA you should notify us within 24 hrs. Again, we do not offer live guarantee when temperatures pass 90 degrees or drop below 35 degrees. All orders must be shipped overnight. Only states UPS ground can be used is TX, LA, OK. Leaving outside on the porch can kill your feeders. We reserve the right to hold any packages at the post office or UPS facility if weather is not ideal.
Someone must be present to receive and inspect the package when it is delivered. If you are not going to be home consider having your package shipped to your workplace, a neighbor who might be home, etc. If the carrier reports delivery as "left at door", etc., the package will NOT be guaranteed and you will NOT be eligible for a replacement.

We will review your case and determine if you will receive a replacement or credit. Shipping costs are not credited back.
